Welcome to BenReward. By accessing or using our platform at benreward.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BenReward. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

2. Account Registration

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all earnings.
  • You must provide a valid email address for verification purposes.

3. Earning Rewards

BenReward allows users to earn points by completing offers, surveys, watching videos, and other tasks provided by our advertising partners. Rewards are subject to the following conditions:

  • Points are credited after successful verification by the advertising partner.
  • Credit times vary depending on the offer and the advertiser's verification process.
  • We reserve the right to adjust, reverse, or withhold points in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
  • Points have no monetary value until a withdrawal is successfully processed.

4. Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and may vary by payment method.
  • Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1–7 business days.
  • We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals.
  • BenReward is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination:

  • Using VPNs, proxies, or any tools to mask your real location.
  • Submitting fraudulent, fake, or misleading information on offers.
  • Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete tasks.
  • Creating multiple accounts or referring yourself.
  • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Referral Program

You may earn commissions by referring new users to BenReward. Referral abuse, including self-referrals or incentivized sign-ups through misleading means, will result in forfeiture of referral earnings and possible account suspension.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, any unredeemed points will be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

BenReward is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
